Edgar Tinio

Edgar Tinio has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Edgar started as an Associate Network Administrator at Siebel Systems Inc. in January 2001 and worked there until April 2001. In May 2002, they joined Sybase Inc. as a Product Management Assistant for a few months.

Starting from 2003, Edgar Tinio had the role of a Java Developer at Unisen Inc., where they designed, coded, and tested enterprise web applications using J2EE technologies. Edgar worked there until December 2003.

In 2005, Edgar Tinio worked as a QA Tester/Software Developer at The SPi Group for a brief period from February to April. Later, in May 2005, they joined eLoyalty Corporation as a Technical Consultant, where they played a key role in implementing technical solutions for their clients in the telecommunications industry. Edgar worked at eLoyalty Corporation until March 2008.

From March 2008 to February 2019, Edgar Tinio worked at Axsium Group as a Consultant. Edgar acted as a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead and helped in creating an agile testing strategy. Additionally, they worked as a WFS Solution Architect and assisted a luxury fashion client with their SAP HCM implementation.

Starting from February 2019 until January 2022, Edgar Tinio worked at EPI-USE Canada, Inc. as an Integration Architect. Edgar was responsible for leading integrations for the State of Illinois' SAP ERP (HCM) program implementation, which involved multiple stakeholders and thousands of employees.

Currently, Edgar Tinio works at HRchitect as a Technical Consultant, starting from February 2022.

Edgar Tinio completed their Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a focus on Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.

In terms of certifications, Edgar has obtained several additional qualifications. In 2006, they became a Sun Java 2 Certified Programmer through Sun Microsystems. In 2012, they obtained the Partner Professional Technical Implementation Integrations certification from WorkForce Software. In 2019, Edgar earned the Level 1 WorkForce Time - Interface Specialist certification and the Level 1 WorkForce Time - Configuration Specialist certification, both from WorkForce Software. Edgar'smost recent certification is the Mendix Certified Rapid Developer, which they obtained in 2020 from Mendix.
