James Lieck

James Lieck has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. James started their career as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market from 2010 to 2012. From there, they worked as an Associate Buyer at Ian's Pizza on State, managing inventory and overseeing a prep cook team from 2012 to 2014. James then joined Unified Newspaper Group as a Correspondent, writing articles and assisting editors from 2013 to 2014.

In 2013, James also worked as a Writer at TheRichest.com, where they wrote and edited lifestyle blog posts. James then transitioned to Promega as a Shipping Specialist in 2014, organizing shipments worldwide and handling customs paperwork. Simultaneously, at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), they served as a Processing Specialist III, managing eligibility and payroll data for clients, training a team in India, and acting as a lead liaison for the Affordable Care Act Auditing Product.

From 2016 to 2018, James worked at The Payroll Company - TPC. Initially, as a Payroll Support representative, they provided cloud-based HCM software support and maintained high client retention rates. Later, they became an Implementation Specialist, assisting new clients in transitioning to the payroll platform while ensuring their satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

In 2018, James joined B2E Solutions as an Implementation Analyst, implementing and configuring Workforce Ready software for clients and providing training and presentations. James then moved to Agilea Solutions in 2019, serving as a Solutions Consultant for enterprise, large, and mid-size customers. James specialized in strategic consulting for Kronos Workforce Dimensions and HCM project implementations, including successfully implementing the Workforce Dimensions Attendance solution for a major retail customer with over $100 billion in revenue.

Currently, James works at HRchitect as a Senior HCM Implementation Consultant and a Dimensions Implementation Manager. James'srole involves managing the implementation of HR systems, with a focus on Kronos Workforce Dimensions, and delivering strategic consulting services to clients.

James Lieck attended Edgewood College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Psychology. Prior to that, they obtained transfer credits from the University of Wisconsin- Baraboo/ Sauk Co. from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In addition to their educational background, James also holds a certification as a Financial Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, which they obtained in October 2017.
