Mr. Marcus Rowell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mr. Marcus started their career as a Corporate Trainer at Chili's from November 2011 to November 2013. Mr. Marcus then transitioned to the banking sector, working at Bank of America from 2013 to 2017, where they held various roles such as Fraud Analyst, Preferred Fraud Analyst, Senior Fraud Analyst, and Collections Analyst. In 2017, they joined Ultimate Software as a Payment Specialist, and later became a Trust Accountant and UTE Reporting Specialist. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Talent Support Professional and then as a Specialty Support II MVP. In 2022, they joined Workday as a Customer Support Analyst focusing on talent-related matters. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at HRchitect as an Implementation Consultant. Mr. Rowell's work experience reflects their adaptability and expertise across customer support, fraud analysis, corporate training, and implementation consulting.

Mr. Marcus Rowell has a history of education with two institutions. In 2008, they attended Chattahoochee Technical College for a period of three years, until 2011. During their time there, they focused on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, although they did not obtain a specific degree. Later in 2012, Mr. Rowell briefly attended Kennesaw State University, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business.
