Natara Beaurem has extensive work experience in the field of payroll and system consulting. Natara started their career in 2005 at Raymond James Financial as a Transfer Analyst, where they reviewed and approved client requests related to liquidating annuities and mutual funds. Natara then worked at The Bank of New York Mellon as a Stock Plan Administrator, developing stock plan communication materials and maintaining procedural aspects for the plans.
In 2010, Natara joined TASQ Technology as a Production/Data Analyst, where they administered vendor reports, generated monthly performance reports, and managed contractual SLA reporting. Natara then moved to E*TRADE Financial as a Client Service Manager/Equity Compensation Associate, auditing payroll tax reports and maintaining personnel records.
In 2012, Natara joined ADP as a COS Payroll Specialist, administering biweekly and semi-monthly payrolls for a large number of employees and ensuring compliance with payroll and accounting system requirements.
In 2014, Natara joined Ultimate Software as a Payroll Specialist, responsible for payroll processing and then transitioned into a System Consultant role in 2019. Natara continued their career at Ultimate Software's parent company, UKG, as a Senior System Consultant starting in 2020.
Most recently, Natara Beaurem joined HRchitect in 2021 as a Senior Implementation Consultant.
Natara Beaurem attended the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Finance.
