Ricky Prieto

Ricky Prieto has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ricky is currently working at HRchitect as an HCM System Implementation Consultant. Prior to this, Ricky worked at UKG where they held multiple roles, including Senior Product Support Representative and Product Support Representative III. In these roles, they provided support to over 200 clients in Canada and the USA, serving as a point of contact and educating third-party consultants on product functionality. Ricky also has experience as a Client Account Partner at Boats Group, managing a book of business and handling client development activities. Ricky worked at Nutri-Force Nutrition, Inc. as an Account Manager, responsible for ordering raw materials and coordinating with different departments and vendors. Earlier in their career, Ricky held roles such as Reimbursement Specialist II at Sheridan Healthcorp, Dispatch Supervisor at All-Med Services of Fl., and Associate Customer Service Representative at Vista Healthplan. In these positions, they handled tasks such as claims adjustment, customer service, and logistics coordination.
