Stephen Ryan

Stephen Ryan has extensive work experience in the field of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Stephen is currently working as a Sr. HRIS Consultant at HRchitect since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wise Consulting Associates from January 2018 to February 2022, where they held the position of HRIS Project Manager & Functional Consultant.

Stephen also has a long tenure at OneAmerica, where they worked from December 2008 to December 2017. In their role as Director, HRIS & Payroll, they were responsible for overseeing teams and managing budgetary requirements for HR systems subscriptions and vendor expenses. Additionally, they led a team that administered OneAmerica's time and labor management environment using Kronos and MSH absence management software.

Stephen Ryan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from PennWest California. Stephen has also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Duquesne University. In terms of additional certifications, Stephen Ryan has obtained the Ultimate Software (UltiPro) Business Intelligence Certification in February 2020, the Ultimate Software (UltiPro) Core HR & Payroll Certification in February 2019, and the Ultimate Software (UltiPro) Project Management Certification in November 2019 from Ultimate Software.
