Tyler Purcell

Tyler Purcell has a strong background in HR systems and implementation consulting. Tyler began their career as an HRIS Intern at Haworth, where they provided support for SuccessFactors - Member Central Goals & Performance. Tyler then transitioned to the role of HRIS Specialist, becoming the primary support for WorkForce Time & Attendance and serving as the lead point-of-contact for all NA Manufacturing in regard to Time and Attendance.

After their time at Haworth, Tyler joined Stitch Fix as an HR Systems Associate. In this role, they worked closely with HR systems and gained valuable experience in managing and maintaining HR data.

Currently, Tyler is working as an Implementation Consultant at HRchitect, specializing in Workforce Software. Tyler brings their expertise in HR systems and implementation to assist clients in successfully integrating and optimizing their HR systems.

Tyler Purcell began their education at Grand Rapids Community College in 2013, where they pursued general education courses until 2015. Tyler then transferred to Lansing Community College in 2015 to continue their general education studies. In 2016, Tyler returned to Grand Rapids Community College and completed their Associate of Arts degree in General Education in 2017. Tyler then furthered their education at Baker College from 2017 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management.
