I feel there is a gap between how entrepreneurs and leaders want to lead and guide their organisation and teams and how many HR  professionals help them. My way is to help you to lead in a way that is congruent with who you are. To allow you to lead in your way whilst navigating some essentials. Most strong leaders want HR support that is clear, simple, consistent, and delivered with genuine warmth. So that you can eminate that when you’re in the midst of a people crisis or celebration. I put crisis first as it’s my experience that we don’t struggle so much to celebrate, but in case you do I have some tips for you here too.
