HRE Consulting is a veteran-led, remote-first advisory firm supporting clients through growth, complexity, and change. We align vision with systems, skills, and execution so organizations not only set strategy but sustain it.

We help leaders and teams move from planning to performance, connecting strategy, structure, and delivery in a way that scales.

Our engagements fall into three connected domains:

Strategy & Delivery Systems
Building clarity, accountability, and execution rhythm across projects, programs, and portfolios. Whether through interim leadership, project turnarounds, or structured PMO design, we help teams move from reaction to rhythm.

Operational Enablement
Designing and implementing the systems that make progress repeatable, automations, dashboards, and SOPs that turn complexity into momentum.

Growth & Positioning
Elevating the visibility and credibility of leaders and organizations through brand strategy, proposal development, and market storytelling that converts clarity into opportunity.

Our values don’t align with advising from the sidelines. We operate as player-coaches, combining strategic guidance with hands-on delivery, a few that guide our work:
01 – Default toward movement
Momentum matters. We move quickly, learn fast, and follow through.

03 – Measure what matters
Success is defined in real outcomes, growth, clarity, and capability.

05 – Build systems, not dependencies
Our goal is always to leave you stronger, not reliant.

Trusted across sectors, we’ve supported over 500 individuals and dozens of organizations, from federal contractors to early-stage founders and executive teams in transition. Whether it’s winning a contract, stabilizing delivery, or retooling operations for scale, we bring clarity, momentum, and measurable progress.

Smart Systems. Sharp Strategy. Real Results. Reach out today to explore how we can work together.
