Moutaz Darra

Moutaz Darra is a Projects Director with over 30 years of experience in construction management and engineering consultancy in the United Arab Emirates. They have managed and supervised major projects, including governmental, institutional, and large residential and commercial developments, each valued at over $200 million. Moutaz has held various leadership positions, including Head of Projects at Azizi Developments and Project Director at the National Engineering Bureau, and has a strong background in high-rise and hotel buildings. Moutaz holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, achieved between 1980 and 1986. Currently, they are serving as Projects Director at HRE Development.
