Michael Chobody

Michael Chobody is a seasoned professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at HRI, INC. since June 2014, and holds the position of National Director at William Penn Association since October 2015. With a background that includes roles such as Project Manager/Estimator at H&R Excavating, Inc. and Lead Estimator at Frank J. Zottola Construction, Inc., Michael has extensive experience in estimating, bidding, and managing construction projects. Michael's previous tenure includes significant contributions to PennDOT as an Engineering, Science, and Technology Intern, specializing in quality control and project supervision. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University between 1996 and 2001.
