A brand new home for HR professionals in travel and you're invited!

The world of travel is full of change, and energy, but until now, HR professionals in this sector haven’t had a space that truly gets them. That's changing.

Born from the success of Best Workplaces in Travel, HR in Travel is the first-ever membership community built exclusively for HR and People professionals working in the travel industry.

This is more than just a network. It’s a movement.

HR in Travel exists because we know that working in people roles can be brilliant, but it can also be lonely. It’s often hard to find people who really understand the challenges you’re juggling, let alone share practical ideas that actually work in our industry.

This community is your space to learn, share, support, and grow alongside others who speak your language.

You’ll join a growing group of HR and People leaders across the travel sector.
No selling, no awkward small talk, just honest conversations and meaningful connections.

Why join?

🔹 Support when you need it

Have a tricky people issue? Need a sounding board? Want to benchmark something? This community will be your safe, confidential place to ask, listen and learn.

🔹 Inspiration that’s actually useful

Real-life insights, practical ideas and fresh thinking from the best in the business, shared in exclusive, invite-only events throughout the year.

🔹 A place to belong

Whether you’re in a standalone HR role or part of a bigger team, it’s easy to feel isolated. HR in Travel brings you into a circle of peers who are rooting for you and your success.
