Adam Coleman

Adam Coleman is the CEO of HRLocker. Adam was previously the COO of HRLocker.com and the founder of The Interventions Group. Adam has also served as the Head of Human Resources for commercial divisions at O2 (Telefónica UK).

Adam Coleman has over 15 years of experience in human resources and has a proven track record in developing and productizing systems around people practices. Adam is a thought leader in the HR space and is passionate about helping companies optimize their people strategies.

Adam Coleman has a post-graduate degree in International Selling from Technological University Dublin. Adam is also a certified Insights Psychometric licenced practitioner and distributor, with a focus on psychology. In addition, they have a CIPD level 1 certification in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland, and a diploma in Human Resources from the University of West London. Adam also holds a BA in Greek and Roman Civilisation and Adam'story from University College Dublin. Adam's leaving certificate is from St Jarlaths College. Adam also has a Certificate of Practice in Recruitment Practices from the Federation of Recruitment and Employment Services. Finally, they have certification from Insights in: Licenced Insights Practitioner.
