Cornelia van Hees

Cornelia van Hees has extensive experience in product management and business analysis, currently serving as Produktverantwortliche for UKA Solutions at HRM Systems AG since November 2008. Responsibilities include capturing requirements through workshops, evaluating ideas strategically, conducting detailed feasibility analyses, creating specifications in collaboration with the IT development department, and coordinating testing processes. Cornelia also focuses on internal communication regarding development to other departments and manages external communication with clients through newsletters and updates. Prior to this role, Cornelia held a PMO position at Thurgauer Kantonalbank from 2004 to 2008.
