Michael O'Leary

Michael O'Leary is the Chairman of HRM Search Partners, where they oversee the Board and manage its effectiveness. They previously served as Managing Director from 1992 to 2011, establishing a premium service executive recruitment firm that supported blue-chip clients across Ireland. Michael also held key roles at the Professional Placement Group, managing teams in financial and technical recruitment. They hold a GIPD in HR and Psychology from the National College of Ireland and a Master's in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University.
