Dennis Ortmann

Dennis Ortmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dennis co-founded and served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Hrmony GmbH since 2014. In 2023, they became the Geschäftsführer at Benefitsy. In 2022, they worked as a Consultant at Get Your Talent - Interim Recruiting & RPO. Dennis also participated in the Techstars Accelerator program in 2015 as part of the Hrmony GmbH team. Before that, they worked as an Assistant to the Group Sales Manager at UHDE GmbH. Dennis also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at BCM Solutions Ltd. and as an Assistant to Project Manager & Head of Sales at Crosscan GmbH, both in 2013. Prior to that, Dennis gained experience as the Manager Customer Service Germany at Amazon and held various roles such as Operations Manager, Cruise Coordinator, Team Lead, and Boat Hoast at Real Journeys. Dennis began their career with an apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk at Märkische Bank eG.

Dennis Ortmann obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Economics from Universität Witten/Herdecke. Dennis completed their undergraduate studies from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Dennis also holds various additional certifications. Dennis obtained an OKR-Master Ausbildung from NEW WORK SQUAD in September 2021. In February 2021, they completed the "Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings" certification from Google and the "Digitales Marketing mit Dr. Florian Heinemann (Project A)" certification from Masterplan.com. In January 2021, they obtained the "Getting Started with Miro" certification from Miro and the "Grundlagen der Digitalisierung (Certificate of Excellence)" certification, also from Masterplan.com.
