Katherine Chow

Katherine Chow has over 18 years of experience in various HR and management roles. Katherine started their career as an Associate at American Express in 2002 before moving on to The Hong Kong Jockey Club where they worked in Workforce Management for nearly a decade. In 2012, they joined PeopleSearch as an Executive Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to HRnetGroup in 2013. At HRnetGroup, Katherine held the position of Human Resources Director, overseeing talent acquisition, people development, HR strategies, performance management, and business partnering for HRnetOne, PeopleSearch & RecruitFirst. Katherine also managed the Government contracting business & contract payroll outsourcing service of RecruitFirst & CenterPoint Personnel.

Katherine Chow attended Good Hope School for their early education. Katherine then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting at The Australian National University. Following this, they completed a Master of Commerce degree in Business Management at UNSW.
