Pei Ling

Pei Ling is a Senior Human Resources Executive at HRnetGroup, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Pei Ling served as Senior Executive of Human Resources at The RuMa Hotel and Residences from January 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment processes and conducting comprehensive background screenings. Pei Ling's career in human resources began with roles as Human Resources Executive, Assistant, and Intern, in addition to a Front Office Intern and Sales & Marketing Intern in the Events Team. Pei Ling holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management (Hons) with a focus on Events from UOW Malaysia KDU and a Diploma in International Hotel Management from the same institution.
