The Human Resources team at Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI) is responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to over 100 multinational and blue-chip clients both in Pakistan and abroad. Their functions include employee outsourcing, business process outsourcing, mass recruitment, pre-employment screening, employee outplacement, and other HR-related activities. Based primarily in Karachi with a regional office in Islamabad, and affiliated with the global Kilpatrick Group, the team ensures effective talent acquisition, employee relations, and client service relations across 22 industry verticals.
