Lisandro Platzer has over 25 years of work experience. Lisandro started their career as a Manager at Azteca Restaurant in 1995 and then moved on to become a Night Manager at Art Sport Hotel in 1996. In 1998, they became the General Manager at Atrium Palace Hotel & WTC. In 2000, they worked as the Deputy General Manager at Maritim Park Hotel Riga.

Platzer's career progressed further when they joined Intourist Hotel Group in 2009. Lisandro held various roles at the company, including CEO, Member of the Board of Directors, and Member of the Executive Board. Lisandro left the company in 2010.

From 2001 to 2015, Platzer worked at Korston Hotels & Malls, where they held several positions such as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager.

In 2013, Platzer joined Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) as a Council Member. Lisandro left the company in 2015.

From 2015 onwards, Lisandro Platzer has been working as the Chief Financial Officer at HRS (Hospitality & Retail Systems).

Lisandro Platzer has a diverse education history. In 1985, they attended Colegio Nacional de Vicente López and obtained a BBI degree in Ciencias y Letras in 1989. Following this, they pursued an education in Applied Mathematics at Instituto Nacional Superior del Profesorado Técnico from 1992 onwards. In 1993, they enrolled in Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and completed a BSs degree in Physics in 1998. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Buenos Aires in 1990 and studied Political Science. In 2005, Platzer attended Cornell University, where they obtained a GMP certificate in Hotel Administration. Lisandro then pursued further education in the field of Business, completing an MBA program at London Business School from 2007 to 2009. During the same period, they also attended Columbia Business School and obtained an EMBA degree.
