Erdal Islam

Erdal Islam is a seasoned professional in the field of Information Technology, currently serving as Co-Founder at HR & Tomorrow since January 2021. Prior to this, Erdal worked as a Freelance Consultant at İndelon from July 2016 to December 2020. Erdal's extensive experience includes roles as Information Technologies Manager at Dedeman Mining (January 2012 - May 2016) and Dedeman Holding A.S. (June 1996 - January 2012), where responsibilities involved aligning IT operations with organizational goals, managing IT teams and projects, and overseeing system performance and security. Earlier career roles include Information Technology Supervisor at multiple companies and Production Manager at Bogaziçi Bilgisayar. Erdal holds a Master's degree in Management Information from Gazi Üniversitesi and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
