Allyson Pagan, PhD, is an I/O psychologist and people analytics consultant who specializes in transforming workplace dynamics. They have extensive experience as a personnel consultant at Arty Pagan - State Farm Insurance, a graduate researcher and consultant at the Florida Institute of Technology, and a senior HRD analyst for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, where they streamlined performance management systems. Currently, they serve as a public safety assessment preparation instructor at Valencia College and a people insights and analytics consultant at Human Resources Technologies, Inc.
