Michael Cardaci

Michael Cardaci has been working in the professional world since 1994. Michael started their career as a Network Manager at MSRB. In 2005, they became a Member of Leadership Fairfax '05. In 2008, they were appointed President of Human Resources Technologies Inc. and Vice Chairman Programs of Equal Footing Foundation (EFF). From 2009 to 2021, they were the CEO of Human Resources Technologies, Inc. (HRTec). Currently, they are the CEO of FedHIVE.

Michael Cardaci holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) from George Mason University.
