Cong Liang

Cong Liang serves as the Director of Technical Operations at HRVST since February 2019, where responsibilities include the development of a streaming video platform and the creation of a Video CMS Tool that integrates various cloud libraries. Prior to this role, Cong Liang was the Senior Manager of Technical Operations at The Neat Company, managing development teams and optimizing content inventories for a video streaming platform. Previous experience includes positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Vans and Verint, as well as a Technical Sales Support Engineer at Onapsis Inc. Cong Liang holds a Master of Science degree from Arizona Christian University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
