Michael Higgins started H&S in 1987. After 25 years it has grown from a simple painting and decorating business into a leading company in its field, working with many of the country’s major contractors. H&S can successfully handle any kind of decorating project, ranging from industrial blasting and spraying jobs on bridges and stations throughout the rail network, through to the refurbishment and redecoration of some of the country’s finest commercial property.

H&S use the line 'The Professional Decorating Company' to communicate this idea and how the standards of a profession are single-mindedly applied to the decorating trade. This enables H&S to deliver quality on time, all the time and is the reason why the bulk of our turnover is accounted for by repeat business.
