Ajda Lauko is a people-centered HR leader with over a decade of experience in talent development, organizational culture, and leadership support. For the past seven years, they have been the Head of Human Resources at HS PLUS d.o.o., a rapidly growing e-commerce company, where they connect business strategy with employee experience. Their career began in team development and event facilitation, leading to roles in HR and talent acquisition at various organizations. Currently, Ajda is pursuing a degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Social Sciences.
