Rob Dean

Rob Dean is currently the Head of Route Engineering and Operations at HS1 Ltd, where Rob leads the operation, maintenance, and renewal of the UK's only High Speed Railway. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Network Rail, URS Corporation Ltd., and CIRIA, where Rob gained extensive experience in engineering, project management, and strategic development within the transportation industry. Rob holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership at Cranfield University.
