Alan Morris

Alan Morris is a chartered civil engineer with over 38 years of experience in heavy civil engineering project planning and delivery, specializing in multidisciplinary projects including metros and high-speed railways. Morris has held significant roles such as Construction Director at NEOM, overseeing infrastructure development, and Construction Delivery Director at HS2 Ltd. They have also served as Project Manager at MTR Corporation, leading the design and construction of the US$9 billion Express Rail Link from Hong Kong to Mainland China. Morris holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton and is a fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
