Andrew Elvins has extensive experience in the railway industry, having held key positions since 2005. Starting as a Senior Project Engineer at Network Rail from March 2005 to May 2014, Andrew then served as Head of Signalling Design at Atkins until September 2015. Following this, a role as Head of Signalling Design & Systems at Alstom lasted until February 2021. Andrew progressed to Head of Transport Systems at East West Railway Company from February 2021 to February 2022, before taking on the role of Lead CCS Engineer at HS2 Ltd in February 2022.
