Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is a seasoned professional in project management and programme controls, currently serving as a Project Control Specialist at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since October 2025. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Professional Head Programme Management and Assurance at VolkerRail Ltd from May 2022 to June 2025.
