Ani Duka

Ani Duka is a seasoned Commercial Manager currently with HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, where they focus on NEC contract management, cost control, and change management. Previously, Ani served as a Commercial Consultant for West Midlands Trains and has held various project management roles, including overseeing significant construction initiatives in Albania and the Trans Adriatic Pipeline project. Ani began their career in the rail sector, working as a trackman and later progressing through roles at Bechtel National Inc., URS Corporation, and Ganymede Solutions. Ani holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Kingston University and has amassed extensive experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships throughout their career.
