Anna Whittingham

Anna Whittingham is the General Counsel at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, a position they have held since 2022. They have extensive legal experience, having previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel for HS2 Ltd from 2017 to 2019 and as a Senior Legal Adviser in Rail Commercial Contracts and Procurement at the Department for Transport between 2012 and 2017. Anna completed a BA Hons in Law with Spanish at The University of Sheffield and earned a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School. Their legal career began as a Trainee Solicitor followed by an Associate role at Slaughter and May from 2006 to 2008.
