Christopher Crabtree is a seasoned professional in environmental management, currently serving as the Head of Environment Rail Systems at HS2 Ltd. They previously held the position of Head of Environment Area South at HS2 Ltd from 2018 to 2021, and have extensive experience as a Principal Environmental Planner at Crossrail from 2006 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Environmental Adviser at Network Rail PSU and the West Coast Route Modernisation Jarvis Rail, among other roles. Christopher holds a Master’s in Environmental Management and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
