Daniel Venn

Daniel Venn is a Project Controls and Commercial Manager with over 15 years of experience in the Energy and Rail Infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Project Controls for HS2, Venn manages a significant Civil works project while leading a team in the development and coordination of project control activities. Previously, Venn held the position of Project Business Manager for Crossrail, overseeing commercial management for projects worth a combined £900 million. Venn's expertise includes NEC3 Contract Administration, Earned Value Management, and stakeholder relationship management, demonstrating a commitment to team development and promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Venn holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Warwick.
