Dave Scarth

Dave Scarth is a senior leader with over 35 years of experience in project and programme management within complex, multidisciplinary environments. Currently serving as the Power Programme Client at HS2 Ltd, they lead a team focused on the development and delivery of various power systems. Previously, Dave was instrumental in the creation of the HS2 Rail Systems Alliance contract documentation and managed significant utility diversion works valued over £1 billion. Their past roles also include Programme Manager at Network Rail, overseeing major signalling projects, and Assistant Project Manager at Railtrack, managing bridge and structures works. Dave holds a BA in Business Administration from Leeds Metropolitan University and additional qualifications in Mechanical and Production Engineering and Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
