Dave White

Dave White is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Citizens Advice since 2023 and as Head of Asset Management at HS2 Ltd. In their role at Citizens Advice, they contribute to shaping policies and ensuring safety through risk assessments. Previously, they held several leadership positions within the railway sector, including Head of Asset Management and Route Engineering at HS1 and Head of Asset Management and Strategic Planning at HS2. Dave holds an M.B.A. and an MSc in Railway System Integration and Engineering, as well as a B.A. from Buckinghamshire New University.
