David Clarke has over three decades of experience in the surveying and property acquisition industry. Starting as a Valuer at the Valuation Office Agency from August 1990 to September 1998, David progressed to become a Chartered Surveyor and Director at Richard John Clarke Chartered Surveyors from February 1999 to November 2020. Currently, David serves as a Senior Property Acquisition Manager at HS2 Ltd, a position held since November 2020. David holds a degree in Economic and Social History from Finchley Catholic High School, completed in 1986.
