David Mitchelmore

David Mitchelmore is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sectors. A Senior Project Manager at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since February 2025, David previously held roles as Project Manager at HS2 from July 2018 to February 2025 and Project Manager for the Northern Line Extension on the London Underground from August 2016 to July 2018. Prior to these positions, David served as a Project Management Graduate at Transport for London from September 2014 to September 2016 and as Servicing Manager for Asset Management at Lapithus Servicing LLP from April 2010 to January 2014, where notable improvements in departmental performance were achieved.
