David Warner

David Warner has extensive work experience in the railway industry. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Head of New Trains Operations/TRSP Operations Delivery Manager at GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway). In 2016, they joined HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd as the Head of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for setting up both the Train Operating Company (TOC) and Infrastructure Manager (IM) businesses, and they are accountable for train operations and assured service delivery. David also leads the mobilization and trial operation strategy for the organization.
