Donna Wakeman

Donna Wakeman, MCIPD, is a commercially focused and resilient HR professional with extensive experience in employee and industrial relations. They began their career as a Human Resources Officer at NatWest before progressing to various HR roles, including HR Business Partner at the Law Society of England and Wales and HR Manager at the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Currently serving as the Employee and Industrial Relations Manager at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, Donna is known for providing operational HR support and expert advice in unionised environments. They hold a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Solihull College.
