James Danby

James Danby is the Commercial Development Director for The Euston Partnership, currently overseeing all Oversite Development related to both the new HS2 and existing Euston Stations. With a background that includes a decade at Knight Frank LLP, where they rose through the ranks to become a Salaried Partner, James also held a pivotal role as Head of Office Leasing at British Land plc. Their expertise was further honed during a secondment with Grosvenor, where they significantly contributed to the leasing of a major office development. James joined HS2 Ltd in 2017 to establish a new Commercial Development team, eventually transitioning to their current role in 2020.
