Justin Li is a highly experienced senior fire engineer currently employed at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd since December 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of associate and senior fire engineer at Foster + Partners from January 2022 to December 2024, and worked as a fire engineer and graduate fire engineer at Arup from September 2016 to December 2021. Justin holds multiple Master of Science degrees in International Master of Fire Safety Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, Lund University, and Ghent University, earned between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, Justin obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, where studies were completed from 2010 to 2014, alongside an international study experience at KTH Royal Institute of Technology during 2012-2013.
