Keith Smithson

Keith Smithson is an Independent Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at TD Global Finance, RCI Bank UK, and HS2 Ltd, as well as an Independent Member of the Audit Committee at The Law Society. With 35 years of senior experience in finance and banking, they previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Barclays Europe and have held various executive roles across asset finance, insurance, and corporate banking. Keith's educational background includes a B.Comm in Commerce from the University of Birmingham. Currently, they also chair governance and remuneration committees while contributing to significant financial and infrastructure projects.
