Leanne Davis

Leanne Davis is currently the Head of Organisational Development & Design at HS2 Ltd, where they lead initiatives to foster environments aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, they held various roles in learning and development, including positions at EDF Energy and Babcock International Group, as well as consulting roles with AECOM and HKA. Leanne also served as a Workplace Change & Culture Manager at Vodafone and a Business Change and Engagement Manager at HS2 Ltd. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Reading and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.
