Lee Piper

Lee Piper is a construction director with over 30 years of experience in delivering significant infrastructure projects, particularly within rail and heavy civil engineering. They initiated their career with a bricklaying apprenticeship and progressed through various roles, ultimately serving as Head of Delivery for High Speed 2 (HS2) Ltd, where they align complex interfaces across multiple partners and stakeholders. Previously, Lee held senior positions at Bovis Lend Lease, Mace Group, and Costain Group PLC, contributing to high-profile projects like St David's 2 and the Tate Modern extension.
