Luke Nipen is an established stakeholder engagement and communications leader currently serving as the Head of Community and Stakeholder Engagement for Area North at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd. With 15 years of experience, they possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for building strong working relationships within complex environments. Previously, Luke worked at Thames Valley Police as a Community and Diversity Officer, where they earned commendations for their community impact assessments, and at Oxford City Council in various roles, enhancing community engagement and managing partnerships.
