Matthew Dillon is currently the Head of Corporate and Delivery Sponsorship at HS2 Ltd, where they lead the relationship with the Department for Transport and manage program requirements. Previously, Matthew served as Associate Director at Arup from 2013 to 2022, directing the City Economics and Planning team and contributing to significant projects such as the future of central London post-COVID-19 and the £3bn Malta light rail program.
