Michael Hack is a strategic commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in complex major rail programs, including significant projects such as Crossrail, HS2, and the East London Line Extension. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial (Stations Strategy) at HS2 Ltd since 2023, Michael previously held various leadership roles at Crossrail Ltd, overseeing commercial closeout and integration efforts. Earlier in their career, Michael worked with Transport for London in progressively responsible commercial positions. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from Nottingham Trent University and an MSc in Commercial Management with Distinction from the University of Westminster.
