Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane is currently the Associate Director (Project Controls) at AtkinsRéalis and has held various positions at HS2 Ltd, including Reporting & Analysis Manager and Senior Project Controls Manager. Previously, they worked as a Project Controls Manager at Faithful+Gould and Transport for London, as well as a Senior Scope and Change Manager at HS2. Michelle has extensive experience in project management and swimming coaching, having taught at multiple swim schools from 2007 to 2018. They hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology from the University of East London and various qualifications in project management and procurement.
