Owen Keith

Owen Keith is the Head of Phase 1 Programme Delivery in the Land & Property team at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, a position they have held since March 2023. Previously, Owen has amassed extensive experience in project management and engineering, including significant roles at National Grid where they managed large-scale projects such as the construction of a major cable tunnel for the London Olympics. Owen holds a BEng Hons in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, which they completed in 1996. Their career spans various leadership positions, demonstrating a strong capacity for managing complex, high-capex projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
